3 Quick Ways To Turn Fit, Cute And Happy


You know that look in your eyes when you see Nollywood gorgeous mom, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde flaunting that flawless look. You’d hardly believe she’s a mother of more than 3 kids right? Feeling an urge to achieve a beautiful, well-endowed, well-toned body and a supple skin is a natural desire that many ladies have. The few who get to achieve this are actually those who really want it badly – and so they put in necessary work for it. Here are some tips that will point you in the right direction if you wanna tone that body and also revive your looks.

1.    Eat Right
Your food reflects on virtually everything about you like your level of energy, the suppleness of your skin, your mood, and so much more that you don’t recognize now. Reduce your salt intake; rather increase your consumption of vitamins and minerals. Also, learn to take water sometimes when you have the urge to consume junk food and carbonated drinks. Eat lots of fruits, they perform wonders faster than any drug.

2.   Drop That TV Remote; Give The Couch A Break!
Yeah you guessed right. We can’t talk about increasing our vitality and health without mentioning the importance of exercising. Don’t expect me to tell you here “that exercise is good”. I wouldn’t want to remind you of your primary 4 Physical Education teacher who used to wear his belt on his tummy and carry his long cane all day. Lol. I do believe that by now most people know that exercise is nature’s way to keep the body going. It’s just the discipline, time or the will power to stay committed to regular exercise that most people need.  Well, health is a choice but as a friend, I’d suggest you choose right.
Another thing here is that you wanna look beautiful, not thin right? If that’s the case, you should go more for abs exercises, strength training and evening walks (where you might even be lucky to “jam” mr. or miss right abi?). The keyword here is consistency.

3.   Choose To Be Happy
I wish I knew exactly how to tell you to do this. Only you have the key to how happy you can be. Let emotional, financial or family problems run alone till they die by themselves. There were troubles in this world before you came and believe me, no matter how hard we may try to set things right, this world will always have one or two reasons to get you depressed. It’s a trap you shouldn’t fall into. Pick up your emotions, take deep breaths, things will get better. Your deepest fears may never ever happen even if you live for 200 years, so why worry? Abegi, purchase a bottle of zobo and some suya, life is in stages so make yours a beautiful movie.

So…there you have it; most of these things you already know. If you don’t deeply decide to take action at once on these very few easy-to-do tips, then you’ve just wasted about 5 minutes of your life reading something you don’t want to apply. But I do hope you’ll get to understand that your happiness and health is important to the world in general, and also to me.
